Peterson Piano Studio has been a leading source for piano study in Northern Dutchess County for over two decades.  In addition to private piano instruction, Karen Peterson has taught Suzuki piano method at Dutchess County Community College.  In her previous career as an attorney, she taught legal skills for over 10 years at Yale, Cornell and the University of Minnesota.

Karen A. Peterson holds degrees from Oberlin Conservatory (B. Music, Piano Performance) and Oberlin College (B.A. Economics).  She also received a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
